As a Principal Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative civil engineering solutions for a diverse client base—from local authorities to national developers. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, balancing preliminary and detailed design across roads, levels, drainage, and external works in both public and private sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, managing design of highways, drainage, and external works.
• Use industry-leading software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, or PDS) to deliver innovative, efficient designs.
• Engage with planning authorities, statutory undertakers, and national bodies to shape solutions that work for all.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and building long-term relationships.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping the next generation of talent grow and thrive.
