Bartender

Experienced High-Volume Bartender

We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not a beginner position—we need someone who can stay organized, maintain a sense of urgency, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while handling heavy sales volume.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or nightlife environment
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and guests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude under pressure and a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused

Requirements:

• Full open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere
• Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar and on the service well
• Prepare beverages quickly and consistently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards
• Work closely with servers, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
