Senior Manager LPG Distribution in Western Canada

Lead the LPG parts distribution at TerraVest Parts & Supply in Western Canada. As General Manager, you will drive growth, oversee operations, and enhance customer relationships throughout the region. This role offers a significant leadership opportunity, where you will be responsible for the full P&L of the LPG distribution division. You will inherit an established customer base, existing distribution agreements, and an operational network under the Advance Tank Centers and Maxfield brands. Your mission is to maximize profitability and assemble a high-performance team that ensures TerraVest is the leading LPG parts distributor in the area. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of P&L for LPG distribution
• Set and execute strategic growth initiatives
• Build pricing strategies while managing margins
• Hire and develop a high-performance sales team
• Coordinate logistics across Western Canada Requirements:
• Proven leadership in LPG or related industries
• Experience owning P&L and strategic decision-making
• Strong connections in the Western Canadian energy sector
• Ability to grow teams and markets
• Willingness to travel throughout Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba Become a vital part of TerraVest’s mission to lead in LPG distribution, utilizing your expertise to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
