Underwrite new and renewal commercial property business
Develop strong broker relationships for business growth
Assess CAT risks including earthquake and flood
Mentor and train the underwriting team
Collaborate with internal teams for optimal risk selection

Requirements:

8–10+ years of commercial P&C underwriting experience
Strong CAT risk analysis skills
Proven success in relationship building
Knowledge of complex property policy wordings
Communication and teamwork capabilities
