Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member
FULL- TIME
A successful Desjardins Agent is looking for a qualified, motivated professional to join our growing team. Our office is located in Richmond Hill—close to great shops, with an easy commute and no city traffic! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping families protect what matters most and who thrives on building strong, lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is an asset.
OTL License and/or LLQP License is an asset or willingness to obtain.
