Shift
2-Week Rotation (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, mix, and reduce paints and primers according to product specifications
- Check viscosity levels and adjust mixtures as required
- Label and document mixed products accurately
- Read production paperwork, colour information, and mixing formulas
- Operate mixing equipment and hand agitators
- Monitor materials and communicate shortages or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support troubleshooting and production needs under short deadlines
- Use basic computer systems and production software
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
- Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50-70 lbs
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable team player who communicates clearly and works effectively with others
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement process improvements
