Job Details
Shift: Straight Evenings (4:00PM-12:00AM); 2-Week Rotation as needed (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a production pace of approximately 30–60 parts per hour.
- Print labels and boxes
- Use knives and tape guns
- Operate box-on-demand machine, strapper, and pallet jacks
- Label, scan, and move parts and carts
- Replace cardboard, strapping, foam rolls, bubble wrap, tape, and labels
- Perform cleaning, sweeping, and waste removal
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
- Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs; with team lifts of up to 100 lbs
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Dependable team player who communicates clearly and works effectively with others
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets
