Our client is a leading professional services organization seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support its Treasury and Financial Operations team. Your New Role

As the Cash Receipts Coordinator, you will support daily cash receipt operations, assist with trust accounting activities, and provide backup support for treasury functions.

Your Day-to-Day

Process and apply client payments received via cheque, EFT, credit card, and other payment methods
Reconcile daily cash receipts and investigate discrepancies
Prepare bank deposits and process credit card transactions
Support trust accounting activities, including deposits, disbursements, reconciliations, and trust account administration
Assist with EFTs, wire transfers, and treasury-related transactions
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance-related projects
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding cash and trust transactions

What You'll Need to Succeed

3–5 years of experience in cash applications, cash receipts, and trust accounting
College diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field, or an accounting certificate
Strong knowledge of Elite 3E and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of trust accounting principles and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
