Shape the future of outbound sales at Alternative Payments as the Director of Outbound Operations in Toronto, ON. This hybrid position focuses on refining processes across the MSP and Accounting landscape.
As a key player in our growing team, you’ll manage outbound strategies and BDR team accountability with 5-10 years of industry experience in B2B SaaS or fintech. Your role includes designing outbound structures and optimizing workflows to drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to define strategic outbound plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elevate outbound sales efficiency across segments
• Build tailored BDR playbooks and call scripts
• Foster a culture of performance review and accountability
• Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to enhance efforts
• Develop GTM approaches for new market verticals
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
• Successful track record in outbound program development
• Experience with performance management and optimization
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and related platforms
• Proven capability to utilize AI for sales processes
