Lead Internal Communications at Central 1
Central 1
Drive employee communications initiatives at Central 1 as a Senior Employee Communications Manager. Connect over 5 million Canadians through strategic internal communication efforts. This senior role requires executing internal communication strategies that align with Central 1’s culture and business goals. You will work closely with Marketing and People & Culture teams to develop narratives that engage employees and highlight their contributions to the organization’s mission. Your strategic leadership will enhance internal understanding and pride. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and implement internal communications strategies
- Craft engaging narratives across multiple communication platforms
- Provide messaging guidance to senior leadership
- Promote employee understanding and connection to Central 1
- Oversee enhancements to internal communication systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in storytelling and strategic communication
- Experience in managing change and employee engagement
- Proven ability to lead projects successfully
