International Estate Operations Director

Lead property operations for a prestigious international portfolio. This role combines hands-on oversight with team leadership, ensuring exceptional service in luxury residential management. We seek an experienced operations leader to manage a global residential portfolio. This senior director role requires expertise in people management, asset oversight, and vendor negotiations across multiple locations. You will also establish service standards and operational systems that ensure seamless property onboarding and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational performance across international properties
• Develop and lead high-performing teams without day-to-day oversight
• Maintain standardized House Manual and SOP systems
• Manage vendor relationships and budgetary targets
• Resolve operational issues proactively and independently

Requirements:

• Five or more years in luxury hospitality or residential management
• Experience leading teams of ten or more
• Proven vendor management with budget discipline
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to implement operational systems from scratch
