Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in camp coordination or a similar role, with a strong understanding of educational programming.
• Age 20-29

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience working with children and youth in an educational or recreational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement camp programs that meet educational objectives and cater to the diverse interests of campers.
• Supervise and train camp staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling activities, overseeing logistics, and maintaining camp facilities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding camper progress, safety, and any concerns that may arise.
• Evaluate camp programs and staff performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
