Customer Service Representative - 3PL

Cencora seeks a Customer Service Representative to support supply chain operations and pharmaceutical commercialization services in Canada. The role involves processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, fax, and email; provide order confirmations
• Enter pick tickets into ERP system and select appropriate carriers for timely delivery
• Communicate with external and internal customers regarding shipments, backorders, and account issues
• Establish and maintain customer accounts and files with accurate information
• Resolve routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
• 0–2 years customer service experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and order entry systems
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving, and attention to detail
