- Recognize and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research for potential clients
- Generate new revenue through selling insurance
- Maintain existing client relationships and service standards
- Attend client meetings and industry events
- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Proven sales process and account management skills
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Industry certification preferred (CAIB, CIP, CRM)
- Strong adaptability to client needs
