Senior Applications Analyst Remote or Onsite
McCarthy Tétrault LLP
Become a Senior Applications Analyst at McCarthy Tétrault, contributing to cloud solutions and AI integrations. Work hybrid from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal while driving application excellence. McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a capable Senior Applications Analyst with at least 7 years of IT experience, particularly in application management and systems implementation. Your role will encompass leading application development projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring high performance and reliability within the application portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full application lifecycle from design to support
- Partner with IT and business users for requirements gathering
- Monitor and resolve application performance issues
- Develop comprehensive documentation on application processes
- Provide mentorship for application analysts within the team
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience
- Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI applications
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies and quality assurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
