Role / Position
Foundation Health Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Fredericton, NB.
We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or strong interest in:
- mental health
- chronic pain
- rehabilitation
- return-to-work programming
This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care, manageable caseloads, and sustainable clinical practice.

Foundation Health Centre provides client-centered, evidence-based rehabilitation services with a strong focus on interdisciplinary care and clinician support.
Our team works closely with individuals experiencing complex physical and psychological conditions, including Military Veterans and clients participating in rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.

Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Support clients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial rehabilitation goals
- Participate in return-to-work planning and functional rehabilitation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain clinical documentation and reporting

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligible for registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of New Brunswick
- Experience in rehabilitation, mental health, chronic pain, or return-to-work programming considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
