This role is key to reshaping the rewards economy and aligning it with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning-driven rewards systems
- Optimize strategies for engaging users effectively
- Enhance user experiences utilizing AI technologies
- Create contextual bandits for real-time strategies
- Align business goals with algorithmic solutions
- Over 8 years in Data Science or related fields
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and SQL
- Knowledgeable in reinforcement learning principles
- Familiar with mobile gaming and economic behavior trends
