Senior Electrical Systems Design Engineer
Callidus Engineering Inc.
Shape electrical systems for complex buildings at Callidus Engineering, combining design expertise, construction troubleshooting, and leadership in Ontario.As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will design and guide systems across multi-unit residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The work includes medium or high voltage exposure, fire alarms, lighting controls, security, and communications infrastructure. You will also coordinate documentation with clients, contractors, sales representatives, and other engineering disciplines.Key Responsibilities:
Develop design strategies for complex electrical systemsReview and stamp projects of all sizesTroubleshoot construction and on-site control issuesCoordinate project documentation with clients and contractorsConduct site reviews and construction phase servicesRequirements:
10+ years designing electrical systems for building constructionOntario engineering license and relevant industry experienceExperience across varied building and industry sectorsSignificant exposure to on-site control troubleshootingOrganized, proactive approach under deadline pressureBring systems design, site troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills to senior electrical engineering work with Callidus Engineering.
