Continuous improvement and safety are paramount as you support preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead improvement projects for equipment and processes
- Validate changes and assist in new equipment commissioning
- Implement Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
- Manage health and safety review findings
- Develop standards for performance measurement
- Engineering degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma
- 3-5 years engineering experience in food manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
