With a focus on manufacturing stability, you will manage Acceptance Test Procedures and mentoring responsibilities while analyzing root causes for system failures. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction and Sustaining project initiatives
• Collaborate on complex troubleshooting with Design Engineering
• Develop and stabilize validation processes for deliverables
• Maintain manufacturing processes for WESCAM product lines
• Conduct 8D root cause analysis for technical failures

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering background
• Lean Green Belt Certification or relevant experience
• Proficient in project management fundamentals
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards highly valued
