Senior Application Delivery Advisor

The client is restarting this mandate with clarifications that narrow down the need: to the initial profile of a senior planner capable of handling an English-speaking vendor, they add a technical requirement (architectures, development) and proven experience with client’ CRA and CVOP processes. The main deliverable is an integrated plan with dependencies and a critical path, readable by executive bodies, not just ticket tracking. Oral English is a prerequisite: the person manages the daily interface with the vendor and challenges their commitments in writing. They coordinate contributors from multiple sectors without hierarchical authority, in a political context where interests diverge. The project manager truly delegates and expects initiative, which rules out a profile used to just following instructions.

Candidate sought: a senior CLA who has already led CRA and CVOP processes at client, who builds and maintains an integrated MS Project plan at the program level, and who has managed an external vendor in English as part of a delivery. Experience with cloud migration and audited environments strengthens the application but is not mandatory, as emphasized in the follow-up.

Requirement

• Integrated planning with dependencies and critical path management using MS Project, including tracking views for executive committees
