Facility Development Engineer Role at Carbon Lock Tech

Full-time and permanent, this position requires an experienced engineer ready to take charge from project conception through operational startup. Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, leading complex construction projects while ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Strong field experience and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development, construction, and startup of facility
• Coordinate critical utilities and permitting processes
• Cultivate productive relationships within the community
• Procure and implement essential equipment
• Generate data to support ongoing facility improvements
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
• P.Eng. qualification or eligibility essential
• Minimum of 5 years in related industrial experience
• Hands-on management of contractors and vendors
• Ability to adapt and innovate in evolving environments
