Deine Aufgaben
On-the-Job lernen: Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit erfahrenen RAS-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen an Beratungs- und Prüfungsprojekten und baust Dein Fachwissen direkt in der Praxis auf.
Managementsysteme mitgestalten: Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Risikomanagement-, internen Kontroll-, Compliance- und Revisionssystemen.
Unternehmen verstehen: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, Risiken und Kontrollen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Mandanten pragmatische Lösungen für ihre Governance-Strukturen.
Prüfungen begleiten: Du wirkst bei Internal-Audit-Projekten mit – von Interviews und Dokumentenanalysen über die Bewertung von Prozessen und Kontrollen bis zur Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen.
Mandantenarbeit erleben: Du bereitest Interviews und Workshops vor, führst sie gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam durch und arbeitest direkt mit Fachbereichen und Management unserer Mandanten zusammen.
Ergebnisse auf den Punkt bringen: Du erstellst Prüfungs- und Projektdokumentationen, arbeitest an Berichten und Management-Präsentationen mit und unterstützt bei der Steuerung unserer Projekte.
RAS weiterentwickeln: Du bringst Deine Ideen ein und wirkst daran mit, unsere Beratungsansätze, Methoden und Leistungen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Dein Profil
Du hast Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder stehst kurz davor.
Themen wie Risikomanagement, Interne Revision, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen findest Du spannend – erste fachliche Berührungspunkte sind willkommen, aber kein Muss.
Du bist Hochschulabsolvent oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung von etwa ein bis zwei Jahren gesammelt, beispielsweise in einer Beratung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem Industrie- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Lust, Dich schnell in neue Unternehmen, Prozesse und Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten.
Du möchtest früh Verantwortung übernehmen, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast keine Scheu davor, eigene Ideen einzubringen und direkt mit Mandanten zu kommunizieren.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und bist offen dafür, unsere Mandanten bei Bedarf auch vor Ort im In- und Ausland zu begleiten.
