Your new role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, residents, and vendors.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and operational updates.
• Oversee maintenance programs, capital projects, contractor performance, and property inspections.
• Attend board meetings and provide professional guidance on operational and financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Respond to resident concerns and facilitate effective resolutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2–5 years of experience as a Condominium Manager or in a similar property management role.
• Valid
  RECA Condominium Manager Associate License
  is required.
• Strong knowledge of condominium operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience working directly with condominium boards, residents, and external contractors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional industry designations or certifications are considered an asset.
