As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Implementation & Enablement Manager to join our North American (NAMER) GRC team.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Implementation & Enablement Manager to lead organisations through the successful onboarding and adoption of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) services across North America.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted partner throughout the customer journey—coordinating implementations, enabling customers to achieve key compliance milestones and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value.

Rather than simply managing project timelines, you'll focus on customer success, adoption and operational excellence. Working closely with our GRC Consultants, Customer Success, Sales and PMO teams, you'll ensure every customer receives a seamless implementation experience from initial kick-off through certification and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Implementation & Enablement

• Own the end-to-end customer implementation journey, from initial kick-off through to successful completion.

• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead onboarding sessions, implementation workshops and project kick-off meetings.

• Guide customers through the implementation of security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Vanta.

• Help customers understand implementation milestones, key deliverables and best practices throughout their compliance journey.

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, building trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Provide proactive communication and regular implementation updates.

• Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively throughout the engagement.

• Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing account management.

Delivery & Coordination

• Coordinate GRC Consultants, auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor implementation health, customer engagement and overall project progress.

• Identify and proactively remove blockers that could impact customer adoption or implementation success.

• Escalate risks where appropriate while maintaining project momentum.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Cognisys' implementation methodology.

• Refine implementation processes, documentation and customer enablement resources.

• Share best practices and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer onboarding experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced consultancy environment, managing multiple client engagements while building trusted relationships and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.

Essential

• Experience leading software, SaaS, cybersecurity or professional services implementations.

• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing multiple customer implementations or projects simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

• Comfortable learning technical concepts and translating them into clear, business-focused language.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and remove delivery blockers.

Desirable

• Experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity or professional services.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, Vanta or other compliance frameworks and platforms.

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation management or customer success.

• Experience working within a consultancy or fast-paced client delivery environment.
