Remote Customer Success Manager Role

Drive customer satisfaction and software utilization as a Remote Customer Success Manager at SilverBlaze, part of Harris. You will foster relationships and ensure customer needs are being met effectively. As CSM, you will play a crucial role in managing customer experiences daily. This involves deep knowledge about customer needs, coordinating support activities, and resolving escalated issues. Your focus will be on increasing adoption of Silverblaze capabilities while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor account health and usage trends
- Lead support ticket review for customer inquiries
- Conduct onsite visits to strengthen relationships
- Facilitate post-issue reviews with stakeholders
- Coordinate maintenance renewals and track invoices
- 3-5 years in customer management roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong operational organization skills
- Ability to connect tech solutions to business needs
- Familiarity with AI tools in role efficiency
