XVA Trading Professional at Desjardins

Elevate your career in finance with Desjardins Capital Markets as an XVA Trader. Based in Montréal or Toronto, this role focuses on pricing and managing valuation adjustments for OTC derivatives. As a pivotal member of the derivatives team, you will contribute to XVA activities related to interest rate, foreign exchange, and equity derivatives portfolios. The position is available at the Vice President or Director level, depending on your experience. You will engage with various teams to optimize risk-return profiles and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality pricing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Price and analyze valuation adjustments for derivatives
- Manage XVA portfolio risks, market, and credit risks
- Design and implement effective hedging strategies
- Collaborate with Treasury and finance teams on capital management
- Enhance pricing models and risk management tools
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Murex platform and quantitative programming
- Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives and pricing methodologies
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
