Reporting to the General <\/span> Manager <\/span> , your <\/span> responsibilities <\/b><\/span> will include: <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

• Managing the industrial distribution network and developing the existing network <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Prospecting and developing new customer accounts by building strong, trust\-based relationships with distributors <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Understanding the various applications of our products and training <\/span> sales <\/span><\/span> representatives in order to support distributors in the field <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Answering technical questions from distributors and end users and guiding them toward the best solutions <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Taking part in events, trade shows, and training sessions to strengthen brand visibility <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Conducting active competitive intelligence, producing monthly reports, and following a structured <\/span> sales <\/span><\/span> development plan <\/span>

  Skills and qualifications required: <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  <\/p>
  
  

  
  
  • Experience in managing a distribution network (minimum 2 years)<\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Proven experience in business development and <\/span> sales <\/span><\/span> to industrial customers <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Technical knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanics, hydraulics, or pneumatics <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Ability to be a strong brand ambassador and a trusted technical resource for customers\/distributors <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Autonomous, well\-organized profile who enjoys working independently <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Proactive, persistent, and strong interpersonal skills <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Excellent command of the English language <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Knowledge of French (an asset)<\/span>
    <\/li>
