Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Parts Coordinator to join our team at the Concord warehouse. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all parts-related operations, ensuring our service department and field technicians have exactly what they need to succeed. You will manage inventory, process parts inquiries, and oversee stock levels both in the warehouse and on technician trucks. Whether you are an experienced coordinator or a recent graduate with your required licenses, this is a highly technical role that requires a strong understanding of equipment and parts.

Here’s what you will focus on:

• Oversee and coordinate all daily activities related to parts inventory, ensuring parts are accurately separated from general equipment.
• Support the service department and field technicians by fulfilling parts requests and ensuring they are fully equipped for their calls.
• Monitor and maintain accurate parts stock levels within the Concord warehouse and across all service trucks.
• Use our CRM systems to track parts inquiries, log inventory movements, and process orders efficiently.
• Coordinate parts pickups and ensure seamless distribution to the necessary departments or technicians.

Requirements:

• Valid G3 Gas Technician License.
• Strong technical understanding of industry equipment, components, and parts.
• Ability to work on-site at the Concord warehouse from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Open availability across all seven days of the week to ensure flexible coverage (schedule will be a standard 5-day work week).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
