Responsible for food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining food quality standards for banquets, catering events, conferences, and daily food service operations. Duties include preparing ingredients, following recipes and production schedules, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, monitoring food temperatures, assisting with inventory control, minimizing food waste, and ensuring compliance with FoodSafe and health regulations. Collaborates with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver efficient service during high-volume events while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
