Remote Inside Service Agent - Bilingual

Become an Inside Service Agent at Allstate, fully remote, supporting Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clients. Deliver exceptional service while managing inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring client satisfaction. Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Service Agent fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English. In this full-time, home-based role, you will engage with customers, answering service and billing inquiries, and handling First Notice of Loss calls. Our team values personal growth, diversity, and community engagement while providing comprehensive employee benefits. Key Responsibilities:

Respond professionally to customer inquiries about policies
Handle First Notice of Loss claim calls and document details
Promote Allstate features during portfolio reviews
Manage policy renewals and client inquiries effectively
Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products as needed

Requirements:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
1-3 years customer service experience required
Must be fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
Proficient with MS Office applications
