Lead Microsoft Dynamics Developer Role

Join as a Lead Microsoft Dynamics Developer, where your expertise shapes exciting web and mobile applications. This full-time role involves strategic development aligned with user and business needs. In this position, you will utilize your advanced skills in C#, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 to develop solutions within a large enterprise environment. You'll direct code reviews, ensure proper integration, and mentor IT team members while engaging in all aspects of the development cycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be key to achieving project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and maintenance of high-quality applications
- Participate proactively in projects and code reviews
- Mentor team members to uphold development standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout life cycles
- Resolve incidents and enhance application features
- 4 to 8 years of relevant development experience
- Strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with TFS, Git, and CI/CD methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
