With more than 8 years of hands-on experience, you will manage production stability and lead the solution design process across complex applications. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of IBM i applications
• Analyze requirements and create detailed solution designs
• Conduct root cause analysis for incident resolution
• Oversee implementation of development and testing standards
• Drive knowledge transfer and documentation improvements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience on IBM i, RPG, and COBOL
• Familiarity with telecom billing systems preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Eligible for Government of Canada Clearance
• Proficient in IBM i support tools like RDi
