With 2-3 years of order entry experience, you will efficiently process data while multitasking and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and prioritize incoming orders daily
- Enter necessary information into internal systems
- Edit and review online orders for data accuracy
- Process and archive redo requests effectively
- Communicate updates on back orders to the sales team
- High School Diploma, college preferred
- 2-3 years experience in order entry, optics is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
