Assistant Manager, Field VM, Toronto

Job Responsibilities

• Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching; review photos and provide actionable feedback.
• Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans.
• Support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks.
• Conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices.
• Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross‑functional coordination across North America.
• Manage multiple projects while providing clear project recaps, status updates, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint to support alignment, decision‑making, and leadership communication.

Base Pay Range

$75,000.00-$95,
