Dans ce rôle, vous collaborez avec les leaders des ventes pour améliorer la performance commerciale. Votre mission inclut la préparation des prévisions mensuelles et l'interprétation des données financières. Grâce à votre expertise, vous aiderez les équipes à identifier les facteurs impactant les résultats financiers et à proposer des solutions stratégiques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Servir de partenaire stratégique pour les équipes de vente
• Faciliter l’analyse des performances et des indicateurs clés
• Participer à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières
• Produire des rapports clairs et des analyses pour la direction
• Améliorer les processus avec des outils Excel et des flux de travail optimisés
Requirements:
• Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, ou équivalent
• 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en analyses financières ou FP&A
• Expertise avancée en Excel et en outils d’intelligence d’affaires
• Aptitude à établir des relations de confiance et à influencer
• Esprit d'amélioration continue dans un environnement dynamique
