Job Description

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for evaluating client projects and activities in relation to the SR&ED tax incentive program. Responsibilities

Evaluating client projects and activities in relation to the SR&ED tax incentive program. Planning, organizing and executing SR&ED claims, including interviews of technical personnel, and structuring projects according to government criteria. Preparing the required technical reports corresponding to eligible expenditures. Evaluating client documentation systems, training staff and developing strategies to maximize claim benefits, following the methodologies and tools developed by Ayming and acting on behalf of our clients to support claims under review by the CRA. Identifying opportunities in clients operations to introduce additional Ayming funding programs, tax credits, grants, and cost‑saving services. Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, robotics, automation, mechanical engineering, chemistry or other similar fields. Prior consulting experience (SR&ED experience would be an asset). Proven client relationship experience. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Result‑driven and client focused. Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently and in a team to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Integrity and reliability. Benefits

Base salary between 75,000–95,000 CAD with high earning potential in bonuses. Personal days, extra holidays, and half‑day Fridays all summer long.
