If so, we have the perfect position for you!We're currently seeking a Business Management Instructor to join our team in Surrey, BC.This is a part-time (25 hours ), instructional role will allow you to make a real impact on the lives of our students. As our Business Management Instructor, you'll be responsible for facilitating the development of our students' knowledge and skills in Business Management. You'll deliver engaging classes using active and collaborative learning approaches and participate in student advising and administrative duties.

With your prior experience in teaching Business Management courses or workplace training, you'll be able to inspire and educate our students to reach their full potential. To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree in Business Management or a related field. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Your organizational and administrative skills should be exceptional, allowing you to meet deadlines, manage student records, and respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and industry partners in the development and delivery of relevant and practical programs. Must be able to travel to the Surrey, BC campus daily as this is an in class instructor role

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Proven experience in business management- Strong analytical skills with the ability to set up your class for success

- Classroom management skills: able to manage a class of 25 + students- Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales strategies- Knowledge of accounting, finance and business- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
