An experienced barber specializing in traditional men’s grooming services, working independently to provide quality haircuts, shaving, and beard trimming. This role primarily serves a male clientele and requires proficiency with traditional barbering tools. The ideal candidate has a strong focus on client satisfaction, hygiene, and maintaining a loyal customer base. Work involves variable shifts, including weekends, offering growth through deepening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircutting, shaving, and beard trimming services tailored to men's grooming needs
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene by properly sterilizing barbering tools and work areas
- Use traditional barbering tools efficiently and safely
- Work independently to manage client appointments and deliver personalized service
- Adapt to variable shifts, including weekends to meet client schedules
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele to ensure steady business growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years professional barbering experience
- Proven track record in men’s grooming, ideally with an existing client base
Preferred Qualifications
- Barber License
- Expertise in men’s haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene best practices
- Effective communication skills for client interaction
