B2b Demand Generation Marketing Lead

Lead B2B demand generation and content marketing at Sadie, using HubSpot, analytics, and AI tools in a flexible hybrid environment.As Sadie Concierge’s first hotel-division marketing hire, you will report to the VP of Sales & Partnerships. You will own MQL generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, sequence performance, and content that supports sales conversations. The work spans demand programs, marketing operations, and content creation.Key Responsibilities:
Set MQL definitions and weekly generation targets with SalesRun HubSpot outbound and nurture sequencesTest paid, organic, email, and landing-page campaignsWrite case studies, articles, sequences, and sales collateralMeasure campaign, channel, and content pipeline contributionRequirements:
At least three years of hands-on B2B marketing experienceExperience owning an MQL or pipeline targetContent portfolio with measurable resultsHands-on HubSpot experience with workflows and lead scoringAbility to read funnels and identify incorrect numbersApply your demand generation, content writing, and marketing operations expertise to Sadie’s hotel growth strategy.
