Innovative Director for Teaching and Learning

As Director, you will provide operational leadership, support faculty through development initiatives, and spearhead the integration of academic technologies. Collaborating with university stakeholders is crucial for aligning CTL efforts with institutional objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives in curriculum mapping and pedagogical innovation
- Oversee faculty development awards and programs
- Promote teaching and learning scholarship within CTL
- Support the adoption of academic technologies and tools
- Engage with academic leaders to address emerging needs
- Master’s degree; PhD preferred
- At least six years of university teaching experience
- Relevant leadership experience in education
- Commitment to Indigenization and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
