The impact you will make
Join us as an Application Specialist and dive into creating next-generation solutions for our Supply Chain Network Cloud - a central force in the world of digital innovation within logistics and e-commerce. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise on a daily basis to drive implementation and technical project management, leading multiple customer projects while maintaining speed, precision and the highest of quality. Proficiency in SQL, Git, and API integrations are required for this role, along with the ability to understand basic coding concepts (C# or C++).

You will collaborate daily with customers, developers and partners, translating needs into action and innovation into delivery. From configuration to testing, from support to scale - you will play a central role in shaping how global commerce moves as a trusted partner. This isn’t a role where things stand still. The work you will lead

• Configure, deliver and implement technical solutions that drive meaningful results for customers and the organization.

• Act as a trusted partner; taking ownership of translating requirements into smart, scalable solutions that meet customer needs, and providing value-added advisement.

• Lead test management to ensure very delivery meets the highest quality standards.

• Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery.

• Drive internal improvements that enhance our ways of working and create better outcomes.

• Foster collaboration and build strong networks by connecting customers, partners and internal teams in a network-driven organization where relationships fuel success.

• A true team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Strong technical aptitude; including basic knowledge of C# or C++, SQL, Git and API integrations required.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT related field, logistics/supply chain, innovation or equivalent experience.

Bonus if you :
Have experience in software implementation, and/or experience working with global shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, ect).

Compensation and Benefits :
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience level, with the upper-end of the range reserved for senior candidates. This salary band reflects the Vancouver market only, and will vary in other global Centiro locations. Centiro offers a comprehensive benefits package including employer-funded extended healthcare and life insurance through Empire Life, generous paid vacation plus holidays, 3% RRSP contribution, and an annual wellness grant.
