Consumer Services (German Speaker) - Philippine Applicants Only

**Scope of Application:**
• Timely assurance of consumer service management when processing consumer complaints.
**Role Description and Core Responsibilities:**
• Processing all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the ticket software Zendesk (main task).
• Processing quality notifications, customer orders and spare parts deliveries in SAP.
• Ensuring professional handling of consumer enquiries by telephone.
• Monitoring the content of consumer complaints.
• Processing customer request mailings.
**Professional Knowledge and Experience:**
• Business management training and at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
**• Very good communication skills in ENGLISH and GERMAN (language level C1). - A MUST**
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP.
• Very structured way of working.
**Skills:**
• Strong focus on results and structured approach to work.
• Strong customer and consumer focus with a high degree of empathy.
• Positive, solution-oriented communication – both internally and externally.
• Excellent understanding of family needs and child behavior.
• Team player mentality with active, clear communication and the ability to provide professional support to others.
**Schedule:**
• Monday - Friday, 2:00am - 11:00am PST (6:00am - 3:00pm Manila/PH)

**Wage:**
• $8 USD per hour
