Community Outreach and Program Director

Take the lead as Community Outreach and Program Director at JCC of Hamilton, focusing on strategic program development and community engagement. This senior role drives children's programming initiatives. You will oversee Children and Youth Programming and enhance community outreach by connecting the Hamilton Jewish community through engaging year-round programs. This position is fundamental in evaluating existing programs and fostering innovative partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Camp Kadimah’s business model through analysis
- Create new partnerships and opportunities in programming
- Expand community outreach for diverse members
- Train and manage staff in program delivery
- Develop and evaluate program curricula and standards
- Degree in Jewish Communal Service or similar fields
- 5+ years in relevant program planning experience
- Strong budgeting and business development skills
- Proficient communication capabilities
- Deep understanding of Jewish culture and traditions
