Lead construction operations at WDI Group, specializing in high-quality projects in Ontario and beyond. Seeking a strategic thinker with extensive construction management experience. As the Director of Construction, you will oversee all construction projects, guiding teams to deliver exceptional quality and safety standards. This senior leadership role demands expertise in project oversight, budget management, and compliance across active sites, primarily in Southern Ontario, with some travel across Canada and the USA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the construction division
• Oversee multiple construction projects in varying locations
• Mentor and develop project managers and site supervisors
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems
• Ensure compliance with all local and federal safety regulations

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction management, 5+ in leadership
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. construction codes
• Proficient with construction ERP software like Procore
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
