Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Institute's overall operations
- Develop high‑impact student programming and initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee annual Future of Canada symposium
- Collaborate on new academic programs and courses
Requirements
- Master’s degree; PhD in relevant fields preferred
- Experience in future‑thinking theory and practice
- Proven track record in project execution and funding
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a multi‑constituent organization
