We are looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful person who will contribute to the visibility of a well-established company in the construction sector.

This position is primarily a coordination and execution role. You will be responsible for ensuring a constant presence of the company through its communications, events, and coordination with various external partners. You will work closely with management, project teams, and several suppliers to ensure that each initiative is well planned, executed, and delivered with quality.

Responsibilities: 

Communications and Content 

• Plan and follow up on the communications calendar.
  
• Regularly publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  
• Coordinate photo, video, and drone shoots on job sites with external suppliers.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to gather the necessary information, photos, and videos for various publications.
  
• Prepare various communication tools such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and publications.
  
• Organize and maintain a bank of photos, videos, and other content.
  
• Review suppliers' deliverables to ensure their quality before dissemination.
  

Corporate Events 

• Plan and coordinate the company's events (groundbreaking ceremonies, inaugurations, open houses, trade shows, corporate activities, and client events).
  
• Organize all logistics for events: invitations, suppliers, materials, media, timelines, and on-site coordination.
  
• Monitor the budgets associated with events.
  
• Coordinate photo and video coverage of activities.
  

Coordination

• Ensure simultaneous follow-up on multiple projects.
  
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with timelines and quality of deliverables.
  
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and consistent image of the company.
  

Desired Profile — what it takes to succeed in a highly operational role

We are primarily looking for a person recognized for their organization, autonomy, and ability to advance multiple files in parallel.

You possess notably:

• Experience in administrative coordination, communications, event planning, or project management.
  
• Excellent ability to organize multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Very good writing skills in French.
  
• Comfort with social media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
  
• Excellent sense of service, collaboration, and follow-up.
  
• Autonomy, judgment, and a solution-oriented approach.
  

Experience in the construction, real estate, manufacturing sector, or within an SME is an asset.

Conditions — schedule, flexibility, benefits, and tools

• Salary: based on experience.
  
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  
• Flexibility: availability required to adapt to emergencies, events, and occasional needs that may alter the schedule; more demanding periods possible during events and urgent requests.
  
• Work Mode: fully on-site, with occasional travel to job sites and event locations.
  
• Vacation: minimum of four weeks upon hiring.
  
• Benefits: allowance equivalent to 5% of salary (up to a maximum of $5,000), usable for insurance, paid in cash or into an RRSP at your choice.
  
• Equipment: computer, cell phone, and high-performance IT equipment provided; tools used include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, PowerPoint, and content creation and management tools.
