Customer Sales Solutions Specialist IH2O – Environmental Solutions55 Westwinds Crescent NE #111, Calgary, AB T3J 5H2 ih2o.ca Important Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
- Must live in the Greater Calgary Area
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada full-time
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- This is an in-person, field-based role (not remote)
- Conduct in-home environmental assessments
- Educate homeowners on common environmental issues
- Deliver engaging, professional product presentations
- Recommend customized treatment solutions
- Assess installation requirements and coordinate with installation teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Communicate regularly with management on performance and scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments (no cold calling or door knocking)
- No sales quotas
