Business Development Director in Agriculture
AgCall Inc.
Drive client success as AgCall’s Business Development Director in Canada. Leverage your agriculture expertise and management skills to foster lasting relationships and new opportunities. AgCall seeks a dedicated Business Development Director to strengthen client partnerships across Canada. You'll develop relationships with key stakeholders in agriculture and utilize a range of project management tools to deliver tailored solutions. This role allows you to work remotely while balancing your professional and personal life within an integrity-driven company. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities across Canada
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Uncover gaps in client operations and propose innovative solutions
- Develop proposals, cost estimates, and master agreements
- Manage projects and serve as the liaison between clients and project managers
- 5-7 years in account management or relevant sales experience
- Strong background in agriculture
- Proven success in relationship management and sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
