Elevate hotel sales strategies with Gillis as the Regional Director of Sales. This remote role demands proactive sales expertise for a portfolio of multi-branded hotels across Canada and the USA. As the Regional Director of Sales, you will drive strategic outbound sales while cultivating a sales-focused culture among hotel personnel. Your experience in hotel guestroom sales will be pivotal as you activate new local accounts and increase market share. This position emphasizes collaboration through bi-weekly sales presentations and effective use of Salesforce CRM for managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:

Drive proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels
Create a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams
Manage sales pipeline and accounts using Salesforce CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

3+ years of hotel sales experience, multi-property preferred
Proven track record of generating new business
Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies and account management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel for client visits (2-4 times annually)
